At Volt Vibe, we believe in 100% transparency and customer satisfaction. To protect you from online fraud and ensure complete peace of mind, we provide an "Allow to Open" option on all orders across Pakistan.

Inspect Before Payment: You are allowed and encouraged to open the parcel in front of the courier rider and check your product before handing over the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment.

On-the-Spot Verification: Please verify the item’s physical condition, original quality, and correct model at the time of delivery.

Rejection Right: If you receive a wrong, missing, or physically damaged item, you can immediately reject the parcel and hand it back to the rider without paying anything.

Post-Delivery Constraint: Once the parcel is checked, accepted, and paid for, no further return, exchange, or replacement requests will be entertained.
